John S was very knowledgeable about all of the relevant codes and gave excellent advice as to how we could accomplish our goals while staying under our budget. Zack did most of the wire pulling and installation and did it quickly, efficiently, and without a mess. Zack did an excellent job of communicating what he had to do, and when and for how long he might have to turn off the power. Both John and Zack answered all of my questions in a thorough and professional manner. It was a pleaser to interact with all of the staff, even the invoicing team. Jen E also did an excellent job of helping even though what I was trying to do was new to her.
